I give my E-mail for receive the WLOTA Validation card. This solution allowing me to know if my expedition is validated by the WLOTA HQ and to have the benefite of complaint :

I do not give my E-mail and I will print my validation card directly from the WLOTA web site. I recognize to be informed that by taking this solution, I renounce to all complaint if my expedition is not validated and also that the WLOTA validation card will be available only during one month, the month following my request of validation. I am also informed that I will not be able to have a copy of this WLOTA validation card in the case, I will lose it.

            Possible Observations :
If your expedition need obligatory this annex (Yes in colum "Validation required") send also a proof of expedition. (See § 2.3 of rule)
